Ogadinma Okoro McGeachy, MD FAAFP

Dr. Ogadinma Okoro McGeachy is a board-certified Family Medicine physician, dedicated to serving her community with expertise and compassion. She practices full-spectrum family care for adolescents, teens, and adults, guiding patients toward positive lifestyle changes and better health.

Originally from Nigeria, Dr. McGeachy grew up in Brooklyn. She is married and cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones.

Dr. McGeachy completed her residency in Family Medicine at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital on Long Island, where she honed her skills and deepened her commitment to providing comprehensive care to patients.

With a passion for medical education, Dr. McGeachy has held key roles in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. She was the director of Undergraduate Medical Education and Clerkship Director at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she mentored and guided aspiring physicians through their training.

Currently, Dr. McGeachy holds a vital role as a Clinical Instructor at various schools on Long Island. In this position, she shares her wealth of knowledge and practical experience with nurse practitioner students, physician assistants, and medical students, inspiring them to excel in their careers and make meaningful contributions to the field of healthcare.

Through her dedication to patient care, medical education, and community service, Dr. McGeachy continues to make a significant impact on the healthcare landscape, enriching the lives of those she serves and those she teaches.

Kendrea Scotland, Clinical Operations Manager

Kendrea Scotland is a highly accomplished medical professional with over ten years of experience in the field. She received her education from University of New Haven and has earned numerous accolades. She is a certified clinical medical assistant (CCMA), certified phlebotomy technician (CPT), certified EKG technician (CET), medical scribe, billing specialist, and allergy technician, among other certifications.

As GOAL Family Medical PC’s Clinical Operations Manager she is able to train all the staff, interns and Nurse Practitioner students during their clinical experience at GOAL. Ms. Scotland lays down the groundwork so that patients can have the best quality care and utmost respect during their visits. Additionally, she sets, monitors performance goals and metrics to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This allows her to identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks.
